Muffin recipe

As promised here I am posting the recipe to the muffins I made on saturday

You'll need:

280 gr flour
180 gr sugar
a few drops of vanilla extract
3 tbs of baking powder
1 tbs cinnamon
2 eggs
200 ml milk
100 gr melted butter
some dried fruit or other goodies like chocolate chips (I used sour cherries)

Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder in a dry bowl. In another bowl mix the egs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract. Mix them good and then add the flour mix. Stir carefully and add the dried fruit. Mix and fill the muffin tray 2/3 so they have room to grow.

Let 25 min to bake at medium heat or untill they turn brownish on the top.
Enjoy!

This recipe yelds 18 small muffins (1 tray of 12 and a half).

Sour cherries filled muffins

I made my first muffins today. I tried a recipe one of my work colleagues gave me, and I'm so glad I did it....I think I will make muffins every day :D
These were with sour cherries (and a few without for my hubby :P )

Winter in Bucharest

I don't think that you know, but I looooove the snow!!!
When it's snowing I feel like nothing can upset me and no one can ruin my day. I love big snowflakes and mountains of snow... but I really don't like today's weather here in Bucharest......

Wedding bands

Latest news!!!!!
I got my wedding bands today....... happy happy joy joy (Stimpy like) :D

And in a couple of weeks I will go amd try some wedding dresses to see wich shape will suite me and then to the drawing board to draft some patterns.......I plan to make my wedding dress and not buy it :D I need a lot of finger crossed for this....

Pink buttoned gray coat

This is the last piece of garment I made in 2011 and my first coat.....I finish it on the morning of 31 of December :D and wore it to the new year's party....

It was sooooo admired!!!!

First post of 2012

Although I 'm posting a few weeks into 2012 I want to wish you a Happy new year filled with happiness, better relationships with family and friends, prosperity and lots of handmade projects.

I am happy to report that I got an iPhone 4 for X-mass {*squeal*} and I am not so happy to report that my new fishy that I got in December had ich and now all my other fishes got it too :(( Now the aquarium is under temperature treatment.....but they are starting to look better and better every day.
